Mark J. Lynch joined Mason-McDuffie in 2011 to open operations on the Eastern Seaboard.

Based in Richmond, VA, he will be opening an office there as well as establishing offices in the Wasington D.C. surburbs of Northern Virginia and elsewhere along the East Coast.

Mr. Lynch has served as a senior executive in the mortgage business for more than 20 years. Most recently, he was eastern regional manager for Summit Mortgage. Before joining Summit, he was the managing director of The Moorhouse Group as well as regional sales manager at American Sterling Bank.

He has served on two committees for the Mortgage Bankers Association and is a past-director of the Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association.

In his free time, he enjoys golf and reading.

Mr. Lynch is married and has a college-age son.
