Dianne Pinheiro has been named one of Fresno Magazine’s Five Star Mortgage Professionals

VISALIA—Dianne Pinheiro, a Senior Loan Officer with Mason-McDuffie Mortgage, has been named one of Fresno Magazine’s Five Star Mortgage Professionals.

The list of top mortgage officers is limited to 1 percent of the mortgage officers in the area. Fresno Magazine’s partner, Five Star Professional, surveyed 11,000 Fresno homeowners as well as 3,000 readers of the magazine to compile the list.

SAN RAMON—Steve Swantkowski, a manager in Mason-McDuffie’s Mortgage Corp.’s support operation, has been named employee of the month.

Swantkowski, the lock desk and secondary marketing desk manager, converted to a new software program for loan pricing and did so without any downtime during the work week. That allowed loan officers to continue to work with their clients and obtain current pricing.

James Harrington has been named Mason-McDuffie Mortgage’s September employee of the month

CONCORD—Loan officer James Harrington has been named Mason-McDuffie Mortgage’s September employee of the month.

Harrington works out of the Concord office and performed exceptionally well in September. He ranked No. 8 in the company in loans originated and No. 3 in dollar volume. He personally accounted for more than half of the branch’s total volume.

His September totals for one month matched what he had done in the prior eight months.

SAN RAMON— Loan officer Suzy Dukelow has been named Mason-McDuffie Mortgage’s employee of the month for exceptional production in her first two months with the company.

Dukelow is assigned to the firm’s Redwood City branch, although she works out of her home office in Fallbrook in San Diego County. She relocated to Fallbrook in the last year after working for many years in Orange County as both a loan officer and real estate agent.

FALLBROOK—Real estate veteran Suzy Dukelow has joined Mason-McDuffie Mortgage to expand Southern California operations.

Dukelow, who moved to Fallbrook last year after spending most of her career in Orange County, will be serving the real estate community from Orange County south into San Diego County.

She said she was delighted to move to Mason-McDuffie after her prior firm closed in June when the owner suddenly decided to retire.

Two charities have split more than $7,200 thanks to the 5th annual Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Charity Golf Tournament

SAN RAMON—Two charities have split more than $7,200 thanks to the 5th annual Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Charity Golf Tournament.

The funds went to the Huntington’s Disease Society and to the Contra Costa Association of REALTORS Scholarship Foundation. The tournament has raised more than $47,000 for charities in its five-year history.

DANVILE – Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Corp. was honored as the “best product or service provider” by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Building Industry Association of the Bay Area at its 38th annual MAME Awards at Blackhawk Auto Museum last month.

Vice-President Cyndi Fazzio heads the builder division for the San Ramon-based company. The company was selected over six other nominees, including Wells Fargo Bank and Met Life.
