Two Mason-McDuffie Mortgage employees have been recognized

SAN RAMON—Two Mason-McDuffie Mortgage employees have been recognized for their contributions to the company.

Elsa Amaral, human resources manager, was named Employee of the month and Brittany Christensen from processing department was given the quarterly award for excellent service to members of the Mason-McDuffie team.

Amaral joined the firm in 2006. She is responsible for payroll, compensation and benefits administration as well as briefing new employees.

Mason-McDuffie was ranked 31st in the small companies category (for firms with fewer than 150 employees). A total of 45 companies were recognized in that category.

Terri Everhart, 2013 president of the Professional Woman in Building Council, presented Fazzio with the award on behalf of 2012 president Melonie O’Sullivan.
