Elizabeth “Beth” Gewerth

As a loan officer with more that 24 years of lending industry experience and service in the surrounding Sacramento and Placer Counties, Beth enjoys assisting her clients in finding the best program that meets their financial goals.  Her clients range from first time home buyers to homeowners who have worked with her several times over the years.

Beth’s success as a Loan Officer is her ability to communicate effectively with her clients as well as her organizational skills.  Her business is 90% referral based.  Beth is known amongst her peers to be honest and have high integrity.

Beth is a member of the SAR and speaks monthly at the local Realtor weekly real estate meetings.  She is a preferred loan officer with CALHFA and SHRA.

Beth holds a California Real Estate license and has been certified with the National Mortgage Licensing System as well as with the State of California.  Beth has been married for 28 years and has two children.  When she is not working, she enjoys running.  Beth just completed her second California International Marathon.
