Joe Stefani

Joe Stefani has been a Branch Manager for Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Corporation since December 2005. Prior to joining Mason-McDuffie, Joe was the managing partner of a net branch of Residential Pacific Mortgage, he was also a Branch Manager at Zino Mortgage where he had the opportunity to work with and learn from mortgage banking professionals such as Marilyn Richardson and Kevin Conlon. For the majority of his life, Joe has been exposed to the Mortgage Lending and Real Estate Industry as his father was a Real Estate Broker and his mother worked in just about every facet of the Mortgage Lending Industry for over forty five years.

Joe attributes his success as a Branch manager to the community in which he lives and works and the experience and mentoring he has received from the numerous family members and co-workers which he has been blessed to be associated with.

Joe was born and raised in Merced California where he has spent the majority of his life. He has two boys Justin and Hunter Stefani. The community of Merced has always been one of Joe’s passions and he has made it a priority in his life to give back to the community that has supported him while working as a Mortgage Lending Professional. While Living in Merced, Joe has been affiliated with the several service organizations such as Rotary International, Kiwanis, Elks, and Italo-American Lodge. Joe is also extremely involved in several non-profit organizations including the McSwain Education Foundation where he was Foundation President for four years and is still a member. Joe also has a tremendous involvement in the youth of his community. For the past six years he has coached youth sports such as Football, Basketball and Baseball and along with the support of Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Corporation he has sponsored several youth athletic teams.

When not working or serving his community, Joe enjoys spending time with his family and friends, cooking, snow skiing and spending time at either the beach or up in the Sierra Nevada’s.
