Ngaire Taylor

Ngaire Taylor has been helping everyday people get home loans for25 years.These people are salaried, self employed and small business owners. She enjoys her work and loves the variety of people that she meets on a daily basis. She assists clients in finding the most appropriate mortgage product for their unique needs. Ngaire’s success as a loan officer is due to her excellent communication skills, her ease with numbers, and her background in different areas of the mortgage business. In her early career she held jobs as a payoff clerk, processor and loan closer. She left the loan closing world in 1990 to become a loan officer and has never looked back!

Ngaire graduated from Dickinson College, in Carlisle,PA. With a BS in Math and English. She was the first person ather former company to take and pass the loan officer licensing course for Washington State. She holds a license to originate loans in Washington State as well as California. She was honored in 2011 (for the second year) with a Five Star Mortgage Professional award found in Seattle Magazine,and is a member of the Sound Business Leaders chapter of BNI. Ngaire grew up and continues to live in Seattle,WA, just down the street from her parents. She loves coaching her kids in soccer and wishes her knees would still allow her to play.
