Terry Catania

Terry Catania has been a Loan Officer for over 27 years. Prior to working with Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Corporation, Terry was the VP & Regional Manager at Loan Link Financial Group and then Trust One Mortgage Banker. Terry's success as a Loan Officer is supported by her long time, loyal clients and the friends and family they refer. It's not uncommon to hear that Terry has helped 2 generations of one family on their financing needs, which is a big part of what Terry enjoys about her work. Terry is NMLS and DRE licensed, FNMA and HUD certified 1st time homebuyer agent and has been a guest commentator on the local Channel 5 news.  

With her clients support, Terry has been a part of the Pinnacle team, consisting of the top 10% of Loan Agents for 10 years running. Despite her busy career, Terry makes time to volunteer at various homeless shelters as a counselor. 

Terry lives in Huntington Beach, and is an avid cyclist, artist and gardener. If you're in the area, you'll likely find her riding her bike downtown to get a Starbucks coffee!
